Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Overview

Advera Marketing ("Advera", "we", "us", ABN 21 539 340 704) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to advera.au and to any Advera advertising page, landing page, or downloadable guide that links to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out our contact form or the application form on our site, including:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Business name, industry, and location
  • Website address (or that you don't have one)
  • Monthly advertising budget and preferred start timeline
  • Business goals for the next month and year, and the challenges you're facing
  • Age group and gender, where voluntarily provided; these questions are optional and can be skipped
  • Any message or campaign details you share with us

If you start an application but don't finish it, we may still receive your name, business name, and email so we can follow up. The remaining answers are only collected if you complete the form.

If you unlock a free guide on one of our advertising pages, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you enter to send you the guide and follow up about a free audit. If you book a call through our scheduling tool, that tool collects the details you provide to arrange the booking.

If you become a client, we may also collect information related to your advertising accounts (e.g. Meta/Instagram Ads Manager access), website analytics, and billing details necessary to deliver our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and applications, and assess whether we're a good fit for your business
  • Provide, manage, and improve our marketing services
  • Personalise the automatic welcome email sent when you apply
  • Send a free guide you've requested, and follow up about a free audit
  • Send updates related to an active engagement (e.g. reporting, campaign updates)
  • Measure how our ads are performing, including which ad led to a lead
  • Meet legal, accounting, and billing obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Age group and gender, if provided, are used only to inform creative tone and are never sold or shared with advertising platforms.

4. Cookies & Website Data

Our website may use basic analytics and functionality cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve performance. We also use your browser's local session storage to avoid replaying the intro animation or the offer popup more than once per visit, and local storage to time the 24-hour countdown shown for a promotional offer from your first visit; none of this stores personal information or is shared with us. You can disable cookies and local storage through your browser settings; this may affect some site functionality.

Our advertising pages use the Meta Pixel, a tracking snippet from Meta (Facebook/Instagram). It records that you visited the page and, if you unlock a guide, that this resulted in a lead, so we can measure how our ads are performing and show relevant ads to people who've visited our pages. See Meta's own privacy policy for how it handles this data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms to operate our business and deliver services, including hosting, content delivery, and security providers (e.g. Netlify, Cloudflare), form-handling and email providers (e.g. Netlify Forms, Resend, and EmailJS, which sends the notification and guide-delivery emails from our advertising pages), scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly, for booking a free audit call), advertising and tracking platforms (e.g. Meta/Instagram, including the Meta Pixel), and reporting tools (e.g. Advera Hub). These providers may process your data on our behalf, solely for the purposes described in this policy, and are expected to handle it securely. Where a provider is based overseas (such as Meta or EmailJS), your data may be processed outside Australia.

6. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests in line with our obligations under Australian privacy law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

10. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, can be directed to coopsw2025@gmail.com or 0458 024 738.

This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend having this policy reviewed by a qualified Australian legal professional before relying on it for client and visitor data handling.
